What can I expect?
-
Non-judgement
Sometimes it’s really hard to talk to the people in your life about the things you want to. Having a space where you are met with non-judgement outside of the biases of your own life can be helpful. I commit myself to providing a space in which all of you is welcome.

Compassion
Therapy is a place in which you should be met with compassion. I endeavour to understand you as you are, and to bring you my compassion and full attention. Sometimes we can feel fearful and ashamed to share things. That’s understandable - shame can keep us safe; fear can mean you don’t want to get hurt. I aim to build your trust, allowing you a safe space to explore your feelings and who you are at a pace that suits you. Again, all of you is welcome, even the parts that hold shame and fear.

Working to fit you
I tailor my approach to best match your goals and meet your needs. Therapy should be a collaborative process. We can work alongside each other, together, meeting you where you are, to see where you want to go.
When the going gets tough, I will make sure we adapt so you feel safe, heard and supported.
